With a phased turnover of 4 floors construction began from base building conditions and included tenant fit out, complete elevator lobbies, 3 floors of base building washroom upgrades and 4 new barrier free washrooms. The design reflected a combination of closed and open plan including conventional construction, architectural wall systems and manual operable walls.
Acquiring the adjacent tenant space, this growing, busy law firm stayed operational during a phased renovation. After previous expansions, Vogel wanted to create a cohesive and professional space for their clients and staff. Construction included a warm inviting reception with 2 different client facing meeting room areas focusing on technology and natural light. The back of house renovations included new finishes and a large inviting staff café.
This unique renovation included an elevator lobby, common area corridor and three demised show suites. Each space carried a common theme using playful geometry, contrasting finishes and bold lighting. Throughout the uniformity of the suites, individuality is achieved through distinct intricate design details that provide personalization for each of it’s future tenant.
This renovation focused on upgrading the client floor, the final step in completing a multi-phase project in a fully occupied space. The integration of a motorized movable partition along with lighting and technology, this partial floor is defined as a dedicated client meeting and multi-use training facility.
Located on an independent floor, a bold entry and main reception features corporate branding, an interconnected stair and a feature trophy wall. Situated a full floor above, the main office space finishes are integrated with those of the reception floor. Combined with open and closed workspaces, architectural walls and furniture elements delineate a sophisticated neutral palate.
Constructed in a fully occupied space these washrooms were built with durability and longevity in mind to accommodate the end user coming from outdoor jobsites. This locker room is barrier free and accessible, equipped with built-in lockers, storage cubbies, shower stalls and a functional layout.
