Kimberly Jensen
Principal + Project Manager
As owner & founder of Choice Contracting, Kimberly has a personal investment overseeing all active projects to completion. She develops a team that is specifically tailored to the client’s unique scope while present in the background monitoring costs, schedule and quality. Her attention to detail and organizational skills complement her passion for her work which is clearly demonstrated in each project Choice delivers.
Coreena Hunter
Project Manager
Working behind the scenes with Choice Contracting since its inception, Coreena has developed a vast skillset as a project manager and understands how projects are run from the inside out. With her experience on site and managing project costs combined, Coreena is often able to predict challenges before they arise.
Emily Ritter
Project Manager
With a background in commercial interior design Emily well versed at each stage of the project. On the jobsite she brings her experience interpreting consultant drawings to assemble a vision of the overall design intent. Emily is adept with interior construction standards and local building codes. As project manager she works in collaboration with the superintendent to execute accuracy and quality on site.
Abby Hilton
Project Coordinator
As a recent addition to the Choice Contracting team, Abby adds to Choice’s diverse skillset bringing her background in architectural technology, design, and technical detail. Her expertise leverages her role as a project coordinator as she oversees projects from all stages of construction. With Abby’s keen eye for detail and effective project management, we’re excited to see her grow with our team.
Mark Davison
Site Superintendent
With 20+ years of experience Mark brings his background as a carpenter to each jobsite with his attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Mark is highly involved with each subtrade throughout all stages of construction monitoring quality, accuracy and schedule. Mark addresses site conditions early on and brings clear concise solutions to the project team.
Mario Ammirati
Site Superintendent
Mario brings 20+ years of experience in commercial interiors to each of his projects. With an early career in demolition and drywall, Mario’s clients and subtrade team appreciate his hands-on approach as a superintendent. Mario often acts as a mentor to those around him and his in depth involvement has helped to drive Choice’s success.

Project Management
Coordinate consultants in design and construction phases
Prepare estimates and cost analysis throughout the project
Develop, monitor and control project schedule
Identify long lead materials and facilitate early procurement
Review and summarize lease documents, ensure conformance with base building
Tenant space inspection and acceptance prior to turnover from landlord
Regulate site safety conditions in accordance with OH&S, COR, ACA
Construction Management
Develop cost budgets prior to finalization of contract documentation
Provide value engineering and cost saving alternatives to the project team
Coordinate and balance bids from trusted subtrades
Application for all required permits
Conduct and minute weekly site meetings
Coordinate building owner / landlord documentation
Provide closeout documentation at project completion
Contract Construction
Carry out work as outlined in the contract documentation
Prepare CCDC2 2008 Stipulated Price Contract
Prepare a maintain project schedule
Coordinate and manage changes to contract
Manage building / landlord documentation
Provide close out documentation at completion.
Building Maintenance
Provide ongoing support for landlords and building owners
Coordinate mechanical / electrical service upgrades
Carry out elevator lobby and washroom renovations
Complete landlord scope of work for lease agreements
Provide emergency response due to weather, damages or vandalism
Maintenance of minor repairs (painting, floor patching, etc.)
